Description/Duties :
|
Oversees the entire physical operation, responsible for maintaining an optimum level of merchandise production and supervision of production associates.Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning one or more employees.
Promote productivity by following up with employees on work results.
Set expectations, instruct, coach and identify training needs.
Interview, assist with hiring, evaluate and discipline employees.
Resolve workplace problems by addressing issues that impact employee performance and productivity.
Coordinates dock efforts assigning staff within production and transportation area.
Prepare reports by collecting, documenting and summarizing information.
Complete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignments.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
Promote and model safety to avoid injuries and accidents.
Perform the functions of production worker when needed.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
