|
Telesales Agent will function as part of a team that manages incoming calls for special sales promotions that are advertised via paper, Expedia/Travelscape website, radio and direct mailers. Will be expected to close sales daily. Will handle incoming calls and effectively turn an inquiry into a sale. Will research rates and travel packages that are most appealing to customers. Will complete other duties as assigned. Experience: Must have the ability to work with several applications simultaneously. Strong customer service/sales experience required. Must be able to type 25 WPM. Prior travel experience a plus.
