Duties & Responsibilities
Are you a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner? Do you have demonstrated experience working with business unit leadership to provide recommendations and solutions to strategic and tactical issues? Do you have the ability to secure approval for complex and routine HR initiatives that will support the business unit? Do you have the ability to work independently and seek guidance as needed to deliver to your monthly/quarterly/annual work plan?

Education & Experience Required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business or related field. A Masters degree a plus.
7-8 years experience working as professional Human Resources Business Partner
Considerable knowledge and demonstrated experience in Workforce Planning, Staffing & Sourcing Strategies and Contingent Workforce strategies.
Ability to develop a strategic and tactical HR work plan with milestones and present deliverables and metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Ability to analyze organizational structure and capabilities and provide recommendations for change and or improvement
Demonstrated experience providing leadership and support to the Leadership Team to create, rollout and/or asses people strategies and processes, including performance management.
Considerable knowledge and experience with employee relations practices and procedures.
Demonstrated expertise in coaching leadership and all levels of the organization
Must have the experience and expertise to work independently with minimal supervision.
Presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong business acumen
Understanding of the principles of change management.
Ability to work within a multiple shift organization.
Demonstrated experience working with employee development and succession planning.
