Duties & Responsibilities:
Do you have CNC Programmer experience preferably in an Aerospace Production environment working with metals? Do you have the demonstrated experience utilizing Mastercam with Catia v5 desired? Do you have Job Shop and Modeling experience?
If this sounds like you we have openings for a CNC Programmer! Our key customer is a large local aerospace company as well as a variety of commercial customers. We have a significant new workload that is requiring us to fill this opening immediately.
Performs CAD/CAM programing for CNC processes; maintaining quality standards; keeping records; maintaining revision control and change history.
Requirements:
Must successfully pass the companys pre-employment drug screen and background check
Education & Experience Required
High School graduation and/or GED and college education and technical school applicable to the work of the position preferred.
Five (5) years CNC Programming Experience.
Demonstrated expertise utilizing Mastercam with Catia v5 desirable
Manufacturing/Production experience required. Aerospace experience preferred.
Experience auditing customer manufacturing criteria (i.e. drawings, specifications, tooling, etc) and purchase orders to insure all information is present to produce product.
Experience assisting in acquisition, evaluation and maintenance of supporting drawings, and tooling required to produce the product.
Ability to maintain records of programming activity including drawing reviews and first article status.
Ability to work with vendors and internal/external customers in a timely and productive manner.
Ability to guide and coach less experienced CNC Programmers.
