Description/Duties :
Provides support for Carlisle IT customer accounts as priorities and schedules dictate.
Provides order management, including quoting based on business guidelines, contract review, order entry and follow-up, managing AOGs and expedites, order reschedules and re-prioritization.
Provides customer support such as responding to customer inquiries, entering RFQs and orders, researching status of RFQs and orders, and providing product pricing and availability as requested.
Develops and maintains customer relationship and make 100% customer satisfaction top priority.
Interacts with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are communicated and met.
Provides daily backlog/shipping reports to customers.
Manages material issues, including customer furnished materials.
Coordinates with Engineering to ensure manufacturing BOMs reflect any changes.
Manages customer documents and revisions control following the business guidelines and policies.
Works with the Planning to convey customer needs and meet their expectations.
Manages small, established accounts independently for the full cycle from quote to shipping.
Strives to meet sales target as established in the annual and monthly forecast by Sales Manager and Sales Director.
Ability to anticipate issues and work with cross-functional resources for problem resolution.
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry and accounts.
Prepares documentation as needed (letters, memos, emails, bids, faxes, etc.) and handle all documents and correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
Assists in researching pricing information.
