We are seeking Human Resource Professionals to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Team with a desire to make a difference and be part of aerospace history.
Understands business strategy and how HR processes align and integrate with the business.
Advocates employee interests and perspectives by listening and identifying key issues and facilitating communication to ensure that all views are represented. Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives.
Generates and performs preliminary analysis of a variety of reports using HR systems to assist higher level HRGs in areas such as workforce planning, salary management and training.
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The work location for these positions can be in any of the cities listed. A PHR - SPHR Certification is preferred.
