Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Help drive overall partner channel go-to-market strategy, planning and execution in support of revenue growth objectives. Develop marketing programs aimed at acquiring new partners and organic growth from existing partners.
• Developing and implementing a strong channel partner program
• Identify and drive needs of channel program with other areas of the business including sales and operations
• Building out a partner community focusing on the sharing of valuable information, training, resources, and a partner community to help partners build strong and prosperous businesses as certified consultants
• Managing and being accountable for Partner growth and financial metrics (cost of acquisition, cost of support, ROI, total value)
• Ongoing tracking and evaluation of competitor’s Partner Programs
• Driving the development and implementation of information, collateral, tools, and other materials for channel partners
• Developing and implementation of training programs to Partners
• Developing and implementation of VoIP Training and Certification Program for “Speakeasy VoIP Certified Partners”
• Developing and managing a marketing budget for partner acquisition, sales support and training
• Monitoring financial results of partner program campaigns and recommending corrective actions as required
• Ensuring that sales and support team and partners are closely aligned through all phases of the sales and support cycle. Develop an end-to-end process for Partner acquisition, activation, support and cross-sells.
• Working to increase acceptance, adoption and usage of company products within the consultant base to grow additional revenue from channel
• Participating at tradeshows and conferences within allotted budget
