Description/Duties :
|
A. Duties/responsibilities:
1. Assists in the management of residential compound security and safety operations and force protection programs.
2. Assists in the management of a U.S. armed security guard force and a Saudi or Other Foreign National (OFN), unarmed security guard force.
3. Responsible to the Security Division Manager and ROC Security Branch Manager.
4. Responsible for the Vendor access program of the compound/installation.
5. Ensures the security force fully complies with all operational requirements established for the security force operations.
6. Provides guidance and training to assigned subordinate personnel in the execution of residential compound security and force protection activities.
7. Serves as a liaison between the Saudi Arabian National Guard security force and Vinnell Arabia in absence of the RCSB Manager and interfaces directly with the Saudi Arabian National Guard security force and other agencies on a daily basis.
8. Develops, recommends and implements operational procedures and policies to the Manager, RCSB; Security Division Manager; Program Coordinator and the Program General Manager.
9. Prepares and distributes security force schedules, incident reports, post orders and authorized vendors/guests lists.
10. Manages the preparation of accident and safety reports.
11. Conducts unscheduled post inspections to ensure that Security Forces are in compliance with orders and instructions.
B. Independence: Serves under the operational control of the Manager and Deputy Manager, SSD. Performs within broad objectives with significant choice of methods; frequently develops methods to achieve desired results.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Trains, observes, and ensures the performance of all Safety and Security personnel executing security duties.
