Job Description:
Experienced paralegals with leasing and or telecommunications experience needed for a multi-departmental project in the Factoria area. The Paralegal will report to the Engineering department, but will work closely with other functional groups to acquire/share information as needed.
Work as part of a team responsible for providing legal notification and documentation for assignment of telecommunication leases.
Tasks include:
(1) review, revision, processing of leases to determine course of action
(2) drafting as needed: SNDAs, estoppel certificates, consent letters, lease amendments and the like;
(3) other work as assigned.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
Leasing experience, telecom industry experience preferred, demonstrated understanding of consent, assignment and other lease terms. Strong Microsoft office skills.
