The OCA Specialist II manages the collection experience by resolving any billing issues before and after write off, connects with the customer by describing T-Mobiles focus on providing World Class service and process of debt collection, and then negotiates or collects payments on written off accounts and ensures customer and employee satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. The OCA Specialist II may be called upon to provide support to the OCA Strategy portion of the group as well as working in up to four skill sets within the OCA Operations Team.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provides customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries and billing disputes. Collects payments on past due accounts. Strives for one-contact resolution of customer and billing issues. Demonstrates positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers. Uses the automated and training tools provided to deliver exceptional customer service. Participates in additional training to focus on a specific area such as Activations, Billing, Credit, Technical Support Meets/Exceeds all departmental goals and business objectives. Appropriately disburses adjustments and account credits in accordance with company policy. Contributes to additional projects as assigned. Makes outbound calls to customers to communicate account research resolutions. Takes inbound calls from collection agencies as an assigned point of contact.
