Description/Duties :
|
A dynamic Seattle Web Media company is seeking an outgoing, research oriented individual to assist in recruiting Independent Contractors (ICs) to contribute daily local content to company web site.
Responsibilities:
Research various channels for recruiting ICs for beta testing of concept.
Research potential compensation tactics around local community giving.
Research companies currently conducting similar recruitment and compensation tactics.
Consult with design, product and business development to help create tools and technologies to best serve the IC community.
Qualifications:
Editorial experience or communications-related educational background preferred.
Familiarity with online community web sites, blogs and other social media required.
Passion for social media and blogs.
Excellent written communication skills required.
Task oriented with a great task completion habit.
BA required (okay if pending )
More than anything else, we are looking for someone who has the capacity and aptitude to learn new concepts and skills quickly.
