Description/Duties :
|
Position Purpose: Performs tasks related to the support of the Order Management group. Ensures complete customer satisfaction as it relates to
Return Authorizations and ordes for Retail Partners (customers)and internal company customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The jobholder performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
Create cover sheets daily for large amount of Return Authorizations. Accurately faxes and verifies complete success of fax receipt to customers. Accurately files. Must interact closely with Order Fulfillment staff.

Qualifications: One year administrative experience required. Proficiency in MS Office products/programs. Highly proficient in accurate data entry.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Vocational or secondary schooling related to support roles preferred.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and fax paperwork for extended periods of time. The employee frequently is required to use their hands to operate a mouse and computer keyboard for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
